    This has been an absolute winner in our house where trying to find something that will produce great baking in our AIP world. We make double recipes of the tortilla recipe on the back and freeze them and they provide a quick carb lift to our meals when we need something bread-like. Use it for crumbles and cakes. When you need a grain-free, nut-free, seed-free flour this is my ‘go-to’.
