Raw Dietary Guide

Raw

Raw foodism (or rawism) is the dietary practice of eating only uncooked foods. Varieties of rawism include Raw Vegetarian, Raw Vegan or Raw Animal Foods diet. In all variants of the raw diets no food is heated to above 46 degrees Celsius during preparation, and may include foods such as raw fruits & vegetables, nuts, seeds and non-pasteurised/non homogenised dairy products and raw meat and fish. This lifestyle is motivated from a belief that to maximise the quality of the foods, they must be eaten in their raw state.
