While most mayonnaises are made with cheap commercial oils, Heavensent use only quality oils and ingredients in their condiments.
A handcrafted blend of the finest high oleic sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil. High oleic sunflower oil is low in Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and Omega 6, resistant to oxidisation and flavourless making it a perfect oil for mayonnaise.
Creamy, sweetened with New Zealand honey and packed full of flavour for a taste of the divine.
