Bragg Raw Apple cider vinegar is made from only organically grown apples and contains the ‘mother’; strand-like chains of protein enzyme molecules and is highly regarded throughout history. A favourite of Hippocrates, the father of medicine.
Adds flavour to salads and many other recipes or use as a health tonic by adding a few teaspoons in a glass of water and drinking. Add honey for extra flavour if you wish, and if you have it stronger, rinse your mouth or brush your teeth after due to the acidity.
