Wholesome Sweeteners Fairtrade Organic Raw Blue Agave Nectar is Fair Trade Certified and has a smooth, mild flavour and ideal for sweetening coffee, used in baking or drizzled over pancakes and waffles.
Raw Blue Agave Nectar comes from a plant that doesn’t look sweet at all. Sharp and pointy Blue Agave provides a sweetness level 1.5 times sweeter than honey.
If new to agave use in small amounts first.
This natural sweetener is a favourite in the Raw Vegan kitchen and has a low GI of 30.
