An excellent plant-based source of Omega-3. With a mild nutty flavour it tastes great in a salad dressing or drizzled over hot vegetables, or even added to a smoothie. Not suitable for cooking as the heat may break down the Omega-3s.
Sacha Inchi seeds, also known as Inca Seeds or Inca Nuts, come from the Sacha Inchi plant that grows in the rainforests of Peru and has been part of the Inca diet for over 3000 years. It is a highly digestable oil rich in antioxidants and Vitamin E.
